If your `npm install` is showing "gyp: No Xcode or CLT version detected", turns out the solution is to delete your CommandLineTools and re-install. sudo rm -rf /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools xcode-select --install Hope this saves your brain from the pain it caused me πŸ˜†
