Some corporations cannot sustainably function with full on remote workers. Their cultures *need* offices full of workers pecking away. The offices will eventually come back at these places, and new hires will be required to relocate.

Some workers won't come back at all. Skilled recruiters will lie in wait for when these workers quit.

At least one well-known game developer hires people with the express purpose of firing over 90% of them in the first year (with no bonus either). It's obviously very risky to work for companies like this, especially if you have to relocate. Buyer beware: get that startup bonus!

Right now with everyone remote working reloc probably isn't happening much, but eventually the offices will come back again with a vengeance at some companies.

There's an obscure herb named "Cat's Claw" (Uncaria tomentosa). It's the most healing or "normalizing" herb I've ever seen for GI microbiota related issues. I bought a huge bottle of this herb for like $3 bucks at a Vitamin Shoppe in Seattle. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uncari…

These days, I don't need this anymore, but while my GI system was healing from antibiotic usage it helped greatly. It only had positive effects on my GI and was very gentle.

Perhaps this is why it works so well, but who knows: "Cat's claw is a potent inhibitor of production of the pro-inflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha in vitro": drugs.com/npp/cat-s-claw.htm…

I strongly suspect one day science will reverse engineer why Cat's Claw works so well on calming the immune system in the GI tract and make powerful drugs based off whatever is in there.
