If PolyKinds is on by default does that mean Identity etc in base will be automatically be polykinded?

Excellent picks! Looking at my main project, only DefaultSignatures, UndecidableInstances, LambdaCase, QuasiQuotes, TemplateHaskell, and UndecidableInstances are not in GHC2021. And LambdaCase is the only one I think should have made it.

Not OverloadedStrings? I would have thought this would be the first one - what am I missing?

Ever tried using regex-* with it? There's a lot of code that requires explicit signatures with OverloadedStrings.
