Nim implements ARC but also ORC for when you want it to handle reference cycles for you. Keep an eye out for news on this, we will soon have a new release that makes these two features much better and hopefully some articles to explain these concepts in more detail.

The power of Nim’s metaprogramming.
Since I wasn't quite happy with it, I turned my @nim_lang party trick into something more useful. Say hello to compile time checked TeX commands in LaTeX DSL: github.com/Vindaar/LatexDSL Soon: helpers like DataFrame to LaTeX table anyone?

Wow. Looks amazing!
I am experimenting with a new build of unofficial-webapp-office using @nim_lang and GTK3 instead of Qt. I have the snap package down to 976KB from 155MB, Wayland support, and proper fonts. Just need to work on persisting cookies between apps/sessions.

Yep! The colour now resembles our crown more.
Damn! The color of @nim_lang source code has changed on GitHub! Highly appreciated! Finally away from this dark-ish sad looking green color.

This may just be the first ever Nim malware.
(1/2) Looks like #Zebrocy #Nim loaders: * under development (no С&C) * screenshots/keylogging * tricky name of selfcopy #APT #APT28 #Sofacy #FancyBear #Sednit
