In the trade we just heat it to 95C then cool it back down to 50C to let chemistry to brute-force it. So probably at least O(n^2).

It's similar but there are a couple of differences like: parts of the puzzle can be repeated in multiple places, and it's difficult to use the 'context' (floor/sky, water/trees are not evident)
