Yeah, we don't know what architecture a compiler emits to start with... So many compilers can switch arch with a switch...so lazily right now everything's x86. Plus we don't have a nice machine readable ARM document... :)

Hahahah. I was thinking of you!! We do use "golden" style tests in this case! We have now added covering cases, and also targeted unit tests :)

We have a lot of caching which makes build times jump about. Individual compiles are queued too, you can be unlucky and queued up behind a big boost-using compilation
