I discoverd @exercism_io this summer with the Go track, then started mentoring on the Typescript track, and now I'm having fun discovering Rust. If you don't know this website, go give it a try, the mentors are amazing there!

The book is very good and has some small projects you implement along the way. You may also want to try the Rust track on @exercism_io which has amazing mentors.
All main exercises of the Rust track on @exercism_io completed \o/. I learnt a lot and had fun.
Now I need to finish the side ones ("only" 25 out of 80 done)
