Parler's website coming back online doesn't necessarily mean the network is coming back any time soon. There are many technical challenges. Meanwhile, the apps are still unavailable, which could lead to a dangerous situation of people jailbreaking/rooting phones to get it.
Parler seems to be sliding back onto the Internet, but not onto mobile arstechnica.com/tech-policy/…

We're almost 2 weeks from the fascist-led coup attempt and the worst things to happen to Trump are that he lost his Twitter account and was impeached (but not yet convicted) again. Arrest him January 20, 12:01pm.

Written 1500+ words so far this morning about how the US government doesn’t need increased surveillance capabilities after Jan 6, and how it’s used other events to opportunistically implement new measures in the past.

Talk about the ridiculousness of US sanctions. Venmo's holding a transaction for review. Why? It says "Aleppo" in the name. The US has had sanctions on Syria for decades. Aleppo pepper is just a type of (delicious) pepper. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleppo…
