The way this is presented implies there's some contradiction between 47% of people saying they personally follow "all of the rules" but only 4% thinking that "all of the British public" are following "the rules". But it isn't contradictory at all!
they are very different questions asking about different things. One is about follow ALL of the rules to the letter. The other is about the proportion of people following "the rules".
Just shows the power and influence of the MSM, who only report on people not following the rules. This message is then embedded in people that there are lots of people out there not following the rules.
Exactly. And the media have been pushing that narrative since very early on. So people think it's their neighbours fault infections are rising and not the fault of the govt. It appears to have worked.
