Did anyone notice that if you have N elements to fix (problems, challenges, tasks, etc...) If you do not track them you feel (factorial(n)) -> units of stress. But once you put them on a piece of paper and keep track of them. Then it becomes (SUM(n)) -> units of stress.

Guys, did I only get random messages on Linkedin from weird people that want my Upwork account? I have at least a dozen of them in the last months.

There is one year already that I took the responsibilities of a Team Lead. The first 2-3 months every day was thinking maybe it's better to step down, felt completely useless. Baking now a blog post about this experience.

The idea of warm-up for a software engineer I heard from @unclebobmartin, after a couple of years of starting the day by solving a small 20-minute coding problem I saw unbelievable improvements in coding skills.

A reminder to me and for all Team Leads. Put the effort into learning the code, and have a deep understanding of the architecture. We are like the captain of a boat, we need to know every millimeter of it to make sane decisions.
