The no of black professors rose from 105 to 155 between 2014-15 to 2019-20. 50 new Black Profs over 5 years after relentless EDI work by the whole sector! Real term increase was marginally from 0.5% to 0.7% over 5 y. It will take beyond 2100 for parity... bbc.com/news/education-55723…

Why do results of teaching evaluations still go directly & unfiltered to teachers? This is a safeguarding issue; also, why doesn’t a highly paid administrator write feedback to students basically saying ”your abusive feedback was useless and will not taken into consideration”?
